Refund policy

Because all items are made just for you when ordered, NO returns / exchanges / cancellations will be honored - unless it is the seller's mistake. If you are personalizing an item, please be sure to double check your spelling is correctly entered as we will tailor the design exactly the way we receive it. 

If packages are sent back due to incorrect address entered at checkout, it is the buyer's responsibility to pay additional postage for the item to be re-sent.  All orders will be shipped to the address / name given at checkout. NO REFUNDS will be given for items that are sent to the wrong address / name. It is the buyer's responsibility to make sure all information is correct.
